Then before Christmas. Never happened. Then after New Year. Never happened. Eventually, Jon came in February, fixed color, fixed logs in place. But left the lower level of siding out. The next date they planned to come - is end of April which is 10 months after we signed the contract. I gave up and hired another company who fixed everything in 2 weeks. I do not recommend to deal with ProLog unless you have plenty of time to wait.

The City Inspector shows, no Balanced Comfort. The City Inspector says they do this all the time and leave the homeowner hanging and ultimately responsible. Now I'm getting ready to send a complaint to the Contractor State License Board and manage this mess myself a year and a half later. I called the office and was told it would be taken care of. I had not heard anything by 2 days before the deadline so I called back. I was told the employee who manages that was on vacation but that she had notified the city. I called the city myself and they told me no one had called. I got an email address and emailed and got the permit extension myself. I called in to Balance again to pass the information on as well as the deadline and was told it would be managed. Well. The deadline was 5 days away and I had no contact from Balance at all. Zero. So I called again and tried to text the owner who says he is available at that time as well (no response it to have the same employee call me back) as I was traveling for work out of state. I was told it would be handled and I would get a call back and an email with a status update. I got neither again. I called yesterday to express my frustration. I was told I would get a call today with an update which did not happen. They keep blaming it on a third party company they are working with, but if that company isn't doing what they are supposed to, that should not be my issue.
