First time going into this store with my husband, and while they have a very large selection of…read moreitems, we are HIGHLY dissatisfied. The customer service was horrendous. An elderly red headed woman working the register gave us nothing but dirty looks, and I can only assume it's because we are heavily tattooed. She was very impolite with a terrible attitude towards us. Another heavy set woman with glasses sitting behind a desk was very unwilling to help us and dismissive as well. We went in seeking the remainder of scoop-able bulk sand, and we were constantly shut down by them saying there wasn't enough for a tractor scoop. Mind you, they sell it by the 5 gallon bucket (easily 10+ there), and they weren't even offering us that. Just, "there's not enough" period. We bought the other items and as I walked out, I took a picture of the sand and went back in, knowing there was easily a tractor scoop and a half. After telling them there was plenty they finally agreed to "attempt" to scoop it. Well....there was enough for 2 scoops. The man who operated the tractor, THANK YOU! You were very polite and kind to us. I went back in to pay for the 2 scoops and again, the red headed woman, didn't want to believe me when I told her 2 scoops. Just kept looking at me like I was the devil reincarnate. I told them, "before you refuse to sell something to your customers, you should look next time". Moral of the story I guess, get off your bums and look first at your inventory AND don't treat people poorly because of their looks.
