I was told no. I then said I would contact the BBB then they said they'd send a new one. I said I wanted a new couch. The manager wasn't exactly rude but was not friendly either. I am supposed to now be getting a 3rd new couch. I have no faith it will be new or a good delivery experience which was also poor the second time around. This is the first time we have ever purchased brand new furniture and it's been the worst experience thus far.

My husband and I bought a new home in the fall of 2013 and wanted hardwoods throughout. We wanted…read morethe house to have a "modern farmhouse" look, so the thin-plank, glossy red oak look that we saw everywhere was NOT what we wanted. The wide-plank, matte flooring with big knots that we fell in love with at several local retail stores was $15-25/sq. ft. We couldn't afford it. Enter The Woods Company! Karen Durning was truly a joy to work with. She was incredibly helpful and was able to get us exactly what we wanted, within our (tight) timeframe, AND within our budget. Our installer (who has been in the business for 35 years and initially tried to talk us into buying from another company) said that our gorgeous white oak from the Woods Company is some of the finest quality he has ever worked with. When our friends come over, the first thing that they mention is how gorgeous our floors are. We could not possibly be more thrilled with our experience with Karen and The Woods Company, and we would recommend them to anyone.

I called a few local companies and was very disappointed. I'm a Maryland resident, but traveled to Chambersburg. Why? Because Mike was patient, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions over the phone. He had a couple of saunas on display. I appreciate quality and the Finnleo saunas are clearly crafted to perfection. He explained all of the features and sent me home with literature to review. He priced two of the Hallmark series saunas for me that day. After perusing the catalog I decided on the Hallmark 46. I took another road trip to place the order with Kim. She couldn't have been more pleasant. She was honest and let me know the saunas were back ordered and when I could expect a delivery. I had a few questions from the electrician and sent emails to Kim. She answered all of the questions promptly. I was pleasantly surprised when my sauna was delivered early. Mike and Wes delivered and installed the HM46. They arrived when expected, set up was perfect and all packaging was removed. I have used the sauna every day and LOVE IT LOVE LOVE IT! I would highly recommend Outdoor Living!
