The line was out the door and the inside was pack with people enjoying their cool treats. The milk tea and tapioca was ok. The tapioca balls were chewy but still dense. The milk tea was a little bland, seems they didn't steep the tea long enough. The bubble waffle cone with ice cream was on point! Ice cream is not artisan but the waffle cones were perfect! They allow you to have as many toppings as you want. Now to the bad part, it took them 45 mins to get our order...1 waffle cone ice cream and a milk tea! That explains the line and the place packed! They couldn't keep up with all the orders, which were written on mini post-it notes! They didn't have enough batter so the guy was constantly running the blender to make a new batch. I was there 45 mins and saw him make 3 batches (maybe a 64oz blender). I understand they are new but if they can't work out all the inefficiencies they may not last long.
