He does make time to answer any questions that we have and encourages us to reach out via MyChart messaging with any additional questions. We haven't tried reaching out yet, so we can't comment on how quickly he replies. Scheduling with Pediatric Associates has been pretty easy, and we have been able to schedule with the provider we want most of the time. They do have a parking lot, and it is shared with several other medical clinics and labs. Parking hasn't been an issue for us, but we could definitely see the lot being full. TIP: For first time parents who want to select a provider from here as their kid's pediatrician, you would just call to schedule your baby's first appointment after the baby is here. They have some number of open slots for the day that they reserve for newborn (1st visit right after hospital discharge) visits. I learned about this because I asked reception how scheduling would work for my baby.

He is also a very funny doctor, always making us feel so welcome and at home. He doesn't hold back and will address any concerns without hesitation. As first-time parents, everything is new to us, and we were definitely anxious about doing anything wrong for our son. Dr. Truong answers all of our questions in a way that's easy to understand, and he genuinely cares about what's best for our family. He emphasizes natural approaches and explains the potential dangers of things that could affect our child. What we love most about him is his responsiveness--he always answers his phone, no matter the time. That level of dedication has kept us with him. Our first visit…read morewas with Dr. Nigam, I explained to her my daughter has been loosing hair (most likely alopecia), so she ordered for blood work to get to the root cause. Once we completed the blood work I later found out when trying to see her result that we did blood work that had nothing to do with her alopecia and it was for kids who are starting school. I was so mad. How can you make that mistake? I ended up talking to Dr. Troung and he told me he would request for my daughter to do another blood work with the correct lab test. I don't know if it was the doctor's mistake or the front desk but my daughter is only 4 and having her redo blood work again in the same month was the worst. On top of that my insurance bills me the second time for almost 2k. The front desk said my insurance would cover it. The front desk girl would never call me to update me on anything. I'd have to call multiples times just for her to have the answer already but never gave me a heads up. This place was very unprofessional. I even tried making an appointment for my son because he had things all over his face and the front desk girl said she'd have Dr. take a look if I sent a photo and would call me back afterwards. Never called me back, few days later once my son's symptoms cleared, I get an email saying they sent over medication to my pharmacy. Like what kind of business is this. I'm currently going to another pediatrician. If you guys want a place that is on top of everything do not come here. It was so stressful and such a mess with the front desk.

We chose Dr. Tsu as our pediatrician in 2021 and 2022, and she even came to Good Samaritan Hospital for the circumcisions of both of our boys. Since then, Dr. Tsu and her staff have consistently been there for our family, whether it's for routine checkups, urgent appointments, answering questions, or helping with school forms. Dr. Tsu has become a physician we trust completely, and that peace of mind means so much to us as parents. She also cares for our nieces and nephews, and our extended family shares the same appreciation and trust in her care. Like any medical office, same-day appointments MAY NOT always be available, and we understand that. When an issue cannot wait, we know to seek care at the ER or an urgent care clinic. Thank you, Dr. Tsu and staff, for your dedication, compassion, and continued support of our family. Being new parents we had a zillion questions and would always bring him a list. His answers were always straight to the point, factual and well backed up by experience. He treated our child as respectfully as he could, and was patient with our new parent questions. We liked that he kept up with checking on our child's development but did not look at them as if they were a science experiment or a subject to look at under a microscope. He understands kids and knows what he is doing. He isn't one of the pediatricians that just say whatever is by the book he read.
