The plumbing business is super shady and I can tell you the prices I was quoted were wild and I can without a doubt suggest H20 plumbing. It's a small company but he values your business very much. He took a look at my leaking bathtub faucet and wanted to see if he can fix just the cartridge first which is easier on my wallet. After trying he told me it would have to be the valve that needs replacing. I was totally fine with this actually because I heard from other tenants that was what eventually was needed for the same issue in their units. In the end he went to go look for a full valve kit with shower head etc. He ended up changing the controls, valve and spout. He did a very good job and was very efficient with his time. He had to cut a hole in the drywall behind the bathtub but did a very good job cutting a perfect square. This allowed me to put a plastic door to cover the hole. I'm very happy now and highly recommend him. You don't find honest companies like this. I can't quote you the price I paid because every situation is different. I know though that I can count on Ofer to do any job in my condo without worrying about being ripped off. read more

They are scam. I paid heave fees for a visit and install a system. The system started installation issues, they charged me for their 2 visits and could not fix the issue. Didn't actually get to do any work with this company as their initial was terrible. I like to work efficiently so whenever I get quotes for work, I try to get all my ducks in a row, write a concise email with what the job entails, and include as many photos as possible. That way the contractor can either quote based on the specs and images or when they turn up, they are already up to speed with what is required. I then search out their email info from the website and send the inquiry with my full contact details. Everyone saves time... everyone is happy. Every now & then I come across a company that either does not have a website (bit of a red flag) or their website only has an email form and no actual email contact. I dislike web email forms as I'm never sure if they get through plus 90% of the time you cannot attach photos / files etc. Common sense tells me I should just move on to the next company, but there's a little voice in my head that always says, 'come on, give them a chance, just make a 2 minute call and get their email contact. You never know'. Often, I regret that little voice and wish it would just shut up :) So I called H2O, explained that I had prepared an email with specs and photos, would he please share his email address so I could send it through and then we can discuss further. His immediate reaction was one of paranoia 'who are you!?, where are you calling from!? why do you want my email!? what if you spam me!?' I shared my name, where I was calling from, explained that I had prepared the specs of the work with photos in an email, which would make things much clearer than a 10-15 min conversation... yes I understand that there are spammers, but guess what, Sherlock, there is such a thing as a 'spam/junk' button on your email if you are really that worried about spam. Other quotes I received are in the $1500+ range so I guess H2O must just be inundated with work if they can just turn away work and $$ with a shitty, paranoid attitude! Hard pass! read more

I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. I called in the evening needing immediate help and they arrived within minutes. I had a new washing machine delivered and the delivery guys told me that the valves in my washing machine box were leaking and needed to be replaced. They said it would probably take 5-10 minutes and that I just needed to swap out the parts. I went to the local plumbing supplies store and got a new washing machine box. Then back at home with the water off I started to try to remove the old valves from my washing machine box. If anyone knows anything about how washing machine boxes are installed (I did not) then you will know that this was not going to work. The valves are soldered to the copper pipe. Figuring the valves were just stuck, I was finally able to force one to start moving and thought I was making headway. Instead, the whole valve along with the soldered piece of pipe came out of the wall. I was distraught. I live in a condo and did not want the people below me to be without water until I could get this fixed. I started calling plumbers and stumbled onto this wonderful company. After my call Ofer asked me to text him photos of the situation, and once I did he said he would be there in under 10 minutes. Ofer arrived quickly and was both incredibly friendly and professional. He cut open the drywall and found that the pipe was broken on both valves. Then he fixed the pipe and soldered the new washing box into place. In less than an hour, my crisis was solved. I can't express how grateful I am that Ofer literally left his dinner and came to help fix my plumbing problem. I was in WAY over my head and he took care of everything with a smile.
