H&M Hamburg, Niendorf, Tibarg Center, Pathetic shop with the most unfriendly & arrogant young girls that I have ever had the unpleasure of doing business with. I will never go back to this shop ever again. Nor will my wife, child or friends. I will make sure that I never will buy from H&M again from this day on. The (apparent) manager (a young guy with short blond hair) was just as rude as the little 20 + teenager with the long dark hair and glasses that stood behind the counter this evening and tried to use the situation of an ever growing queue of unhappy customers behind me to their advantage. I just wanted to do a simple 1 for 1 exchange of child clothing and the arrogant bitch made such a drama of things demanding that I pay extra on top for the things that I had bought only 3 days earlier. Apparently the customer card discount from the original purchase could not be carried over to the new billing. H&M - You can keep your cheap shit and your so called customer card and services, I am done with this name forever. May you one day go out of business and disappear from our cities ! read more
