Brush removal! The men were polite and friendly with each other as they were able to walk around our property!

The prices are great. You just ask and they tell you what the price is. Very friendly, a lot of things to choose from.

Prices were consistent. They do certain color stickers are half off every day of the month. There will be a sign at the front of the store showing you what colors are half off. There were a lot of people which makes me hopeful there is high turn over in their stock of items. Managers special was 25 cent children's books today which was a great deal! I will be back.

918 BARGAIN OUTLET -- PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE…read moreI want to set the record straight because tonight was incredibly frustrating. I spend approximately $800-$1,000 a month at 918 Bargain Outlet, and a large portion of what I purchase is clothing that I donate to people in need. I have been a loyal, regular customer and have spent a significant amount of money supporting this business. Unfortunately, I have repeatedly had negative experiences with an employee named Stephanie. This isn't based on one bad night. My very first encounter with her, about a year ago, left me feeling as though she was insinuating that I was trying to steal something. I found that extremely offensive, and ever since then, I have consistently felt that she is rude, unfriendly, and gives me dirty looks when I come into the store. Tonight I spent nearly two hours picking out merchandise and stayed until closing. I realized I did not have my debit card with me and asked if my items could be held. I understand that store policy may prohibit holding merchandise, and I am not blaming Stephanie for following a policy. What I am upset about is the way customers are treated. Customer service matters. You can enforce every policy a business has while still treating someone with courtesy, dignity, and respect. Someone representing a business--especially in any kind of leadership or management position--should have the people skills necessary to communicate professionally with customers. After spending thousands of dollars with this business over time, I shouldn't repeatedly walk into the store and feel unwelcome, judged, or disrespected by an employee. 918 Bargain Outlet, please address this situation. I enjoy shopping there, I support the business regularly, and I use many of my purchases to help other people. I don't expect special treatment because of how much money I spend. I simply expect the same thing every customer deserves: basic courtesy and respect. Stephanie's treatment of me has been an ongoing issue for far too long, and tonight was the final straw. Management needs to take customer service concerns seriously because eventually, even your most loyal customers will decide they've had enough
