I dealt with this Insurance Broker Eric Stella who is also the owner of this company over 10 yrs ago and he opened up a location in Montebello, Ca. on Beverly Blvd. and I called desperately seeking help with a Insurance Broker to assist me and my daughter since it's Medicare Open Enrollment time and his operators who answer all the calls from the main office in Commerce Ca. can barely speak English and obviously DO NOT understand English because they couldn't understand my needs! I PLEADED for Eric Stella to call me which he IGNORED ME over and over and then his operators finally told me that they ONLY assist SPANISH SPEAKING PEOPLE! Which he should of just called me back to tell me that instead of wasting all my time! Which I am now under pressure since Medicare Open Enrollment is almost over! Eric Stella is obviously PREJUDICE & trains his employees to also be PREJUDICE! He should not be allowed to operate this way as a Insurance Broker!
