HEB is trying to take care of its customers in this economy. Many price cuts, coupons, and store specific sales. Of course, prices are still going up, but, every penny they don't charge helps. My order was set for 3 pm today. It didn't get to the shoppers until 3 pm. I picked up my groceries but it was during the time I start dinner. My issue was a glitch and another my no soy eggs were in a carton that was soaked and barely holding together. Who dropped the ball? Target and Walmart refund immediately, no returns no questions. HEB can you do that too?? It really sucks when you are put out because of some problem HEB has. I've been around the block!!! This is not the best store by far, so disappointed. In the early 80's I met Chuck Butt younger fellow in the store with his father. It was on Westgate Blvd in South Austin. 1984 or 1985. New store! read more

Texas Grocery! This place is sure Texas-sized. It's a big ol' grocery store in the heart of Victoria. I've always had a positive experience at this shop. It has a large parking lot, with a few other smaller businesses sharing the strip center. However, recently most of those other businesses have seen better days recently, so it's mainly just the HEB in this center. The store has seen better days. It's a little run down and since the HEB Plus went in Victoria, this one feels a little neglected at times. But it's a good thing that they still have the same deals as the other stores. I'm really impressed with how many shopping carts this store has, in relation to the number of people who shop here. Seriously, they have enough shopping carts for the Black Friday to end all Black Fridays. They're all parked out front, and it seems that this is where all the other carts from other stores go when they need to be stored somewhere. Seriously, like ten times the number of shopping carts that this store needs. Anyhow, it's a nice store in a nice town. I hope you visit! read more

Great place for all of your grocery needs their prices are cheap as you're u could expect

It's a convenient location for me, as it's close to my work. But, it really irritates me when I find products that I love, and then they stop selling them. Their buyers really suck. I was buying HEB Vanilla Caramel coffee creamer. It tasted just like International Delight's Vanilla Carmel Cream. The buyers decided to go with Hill Country Fare's version. Tastes like it has fingernail polish remover in it. I bought it once, and returned all 6 that I bought. All had the same batch number. I thought maybe it was just a bad batch, so I bought 1 with a different number on it. Same taste. Had to throw it out. Now they've decided to not carry their HEB Cowboy Steak Fries. They are kinda like the chicken fries only made with steak. Awesome. Now I can't find them any where. Not even online at another store. Maybe I'll start shopping at Dick's. They're family owned, and they probably don't stop selling things that their customers like. read more

This HEB is clean and usually you can get few items less than HEB plus. and you get the other meat selections that you will not find at HEB plus. Doesn't have many organic or healthier options. but if you don't need those options then you can shop here for all your groceries need, produce, pharmacy, floral,etc. I come to buy my good-belly which I love. So overall, is not bad to shop and save few $$. read more

I shop here for all my needs. I have never been disappointed until today! I have never got a Western Union Money order before. I went to pick up the money, did all the paper work & the guy says "Have a good day" UMMM can I get the money? He said "I gave it to you" NOOO you didn't! So he called me a thief, had to check his drawer & the cameras. Embarrassed me! I went to check out with my items & as I walk away the little girl cashier runs after me, snatches my receipt & money out of my hands & said "I think I gave you too much change"!! REALLY!! So I had to wait for her to check everything so I could go!!! THANKS FOR THE HUMILATION! read more

This review is strictly for the pharmacy at HEB in Rio Grande. They where of no help when I called to request my prescription information be faxed to my doctor's clinic. The lady called answered really annoyed saying she wouldn't be able to help me until an hour later because there was no one there. This wouldn't be a big deal except I told her I was currently at the doctors office and they were requesting this and second her attitude was really rude. She didn't even TRY to help me out. She was just like "well I can't do that because I don't have any help" when I called 2 minutes after they officially opened. I tried to get the receptionist at the clinic to speak to her but She ended up HANGING UP on me. Really bad service by this lady. I don't know her name but I did call on Monday July 17, 2017 at 8:32 am. Really rude service at that pharmacy. Really disappointed. I had to go home and rescheduled my visit since they couldn't give me any new medicine because they had to see what I was on. read more

This store is okay to run into if you need a few items, or common fruits and vegetables. The selection of organic foods is not very good, and it is very cluttered. The pharmacy said my group number on my insurance was not correct, so I paid full price for my prescriptions. The next week I took a script to Rogers and there was no problem. And just to warn you, be careful on weekend mornings. They have a lot of sample stands set up,and I think people think that the store is actually a free buffet. I have seen families of 7 or more going stand to stand and sticking samples in purses. read more
