This is such a terrible idea with respect to customer service that I felt like I must have misunderstood and I called the main line. It was confirmed that it is not possible to talk to anyone in the pharmacy except on their terms, the very people who would not have a job if it was not for someone having a prescription filled there. When I stated that this is a terrible business model, the person with whom I was speaking hung up. I did not raise my voice, I did not swear, I simply told him that this new policy is terrible for customer service, and before I could finish he just hung up. Steph was my technician and she was super nice. She gave me all the oil change change options, knew what she was talking about, set me up in the Walmart system quick and painless, and she got me in and out quickly for a great price. It was a cool experience being able to shop while your car gets worked on. This Walmart has everything so there was plenty of things to look at. Of course I ended up spending some money while there. But truth be told sometimes I feel like Walmart is going to call security when I walk out the door because the deals are so good and cheap on some items I feel like I'm stealing from them. I didn't take many pics but I really enjoyed myself. I will definitely be back to the auto care center as well as rest of this store. But, I've experienced run-ins with a few strange people that work there. One, recently, wouldn't stop following me around. A lady followed me for over 20 minutes while I was shopping for dresses. She made me feel uncomfortable. She followed me as I shopped and told me her entire life story of how her Dad used to abuse her for acting like "kids these days. And kids these days get away with too much, a beating would straighten these kids up and that's what they need." so, she said. As for me, being an advocate against child abuse, the lady freaked me out. I was literally scared of her. I quickly left that department to escape the odd story tellings of her own acceptance of her father's abuse. Maybe Wal-Mart should offer their employees therapeutic services? Later on, I made sure she was gone and it was safe to go back to complete my shopping. Sux that I had to do that and never go back to Wal-Mart at night due to that incident. Overall, my favorite and the most impressive spot is still the Women's clothing - if I'm not followed or harassed by employees. For the past year, I have been finding lower priced summer dresses, cute ones and good items in clearance. It saves me from having to spend more on Amazon or Fashion Nova. I bought several dresses today for a little trip. I did like the style and fit, perfect for the weather lately.

This trip we stayed in a TownePlace suite, with a mini kitchen that has an oven, so we made dinner ourselves each night. We visited this HEB as it was on the way back from the beach... this is the grocery store in Port Aransas on the mainland (not on Mustang Island)... we visited on Pi day, 3.14 / 3/14 / March 14. And, like so many grocery stores now a days, they had pie specials... - $3.14 for two slices (mix n match flavors) - $3.14 for a half pie (same flavor) - $3.14 off a full pie We got a couple slices and some chicken which we grilled back at the restaurant. On one occasion I was looking for a household item and thought for sure they would not have it but they did. I agree at times they are higher but weigh getting in the car and driving to a store that would have the item I was looking for but I weigh the cost of gas and my time verses having it here costing a little more. I bought the item at CVS. Convenience was worth it at our CVS. They have a little of everything and it is worth it to me and there are items for sale typically that may attract your fancy or sweet tooth. I also weigh the value of having CVS right here on the island, it is convenient. In my opinion today February 21, 2026. Try CVS first, it is our store.
