I'm pretty sure the "H" in H Cuisine stands for Hannah, the name of the chef and owner of the restaurant, but might as well be "Home Cuisine," and I mean that in the best way possible, because you might want to live here just to be able to have a sample of their menu everyday.
The food here is something else, bringing comfort and fuzzy warm feelings all over. I'd think not *all* of their food is cooked with butter, but they might as well be, as everything tastes amazing (and everyone knows you cook with butter if you want your food to be good). Please try the marble potato and bacon salad or the eggplant moussaka or the angus beef flakes bowl and tell me if I'm just imagining butter on everything and it's just the H Cuisine touch working its culinary magic.
It can't be repeated enough how the Most Awesome Angus Beef Belly is the best thing ever. I try not to use cliches, (hell, I've probably already used at least three over the course of this review) but this literally melts in your mouth. No joke. You can go to H Cuisine and have just that for dinner. Have rice if you want to, but I'd rather just have more beef belly. read more
