When my husband and I…read morewere first looking to move to the area I did a quick search for real estate agents on Yelp, Ryan's paged looked great and since it said he responded to Yelp messages typically within an hour (because who wants to pick up a phone?!) I figured I would reach out to see if he had any last minute availability to show us to a few properties and he did. Although Ryan's office is based in Chapel Hill don't let that deter you, we were only looking in Raleigh. He knows all the ins and outs of the Raleigh neighborhoods and can get here quickly when you need him. We went under contract only two weeks after working with him. He uses Patrick with a local home inspection company to do the inspection and he did a thorough job. After the great inspection Ryan said the only thing left he could think of was a metal detector test of the property, since the house was older and there was a small chance of an underground oil tank. We did the test not thinking much of it and turns out there was an underground tank and it had extensively leaked. Ryan and his assistant Karen headed up making all the appointments and getting the right people out there to deal with the issue. Sadly the seller didn't want to really deal with the issue so away that contract went. Since Ryan knew what we were looking for was kind of niche he sent us a property here and there and we kept our eyes open as well. When a house popped up on the market on a Thursday night we text him if he could meet us there the next morning to take a look. He did and we feel in love. We put an offer in that day and started the process all over again. The second time around we worked with Karen a lot and she is great to work with as well. We successfully closed on this house and love where we ended up. An additional note since Ryan works in a group with a few other real estate agents if you need to see a house in a hurry and he isn't available, he will coordinate with someone in his office who is. Team work for the win!

It sat for months and we ended up renting it out just to get out of the house. When it didn't sell, Brad contacted me through Facebook (we knew each other in high school) and asked me what our plans were. He asked me to contact him when we were ready to sell again. When the rental contract was up, we contacted him, and from the time our house hit the market to being under contract was three weeks! Once we went under contract, Brad was with us every step of the way, which was no small feat with us being 250 miles away! Very unhappy with Redstone. My daughter and 3 college student friends moved into an apartment in…read moreAugust of 2024 that was newly renovated. Since they are in college, the parents are guarantors on the lease. 1. Within a few months the Formica counter top began to peel and they opened a ticket immediately. Still not fixed as of today. 2. In July, the girls were notified of an outstanding payment and assessed late fees. Several phone calls and one letter later and no one has reached out to tell them what this is for. Only that someone would get back to them as they are having "system issues". 3. At some point over the summer, maintenance crews entered the apartment to install new windows and moved all of the furniture in 5 rooms to the middle of each room. Nothing was put back. Girls came back to a mess. We were told this was a one-off, but every unit in the building had the same issue! 4. Also returned this weekend to the clothes washer not working. Put in ticket and someone was supposed to come today to fix it, but no showed. Tenants were without a working machine for two weeks! 5. They rarely answer the phone and when that does happen, its always "someone will get back to you". Only... they don't. 6. This week a new maintenance charge appeared on the account and again, the appropriate parties do not answer the phone. I could go on and on, but you get the picture.

Takes forever to get anyone on the phone...most of the time they don't even answer and their box is full. Save yourself and NEVER rent from them. I finally got someone on the phone to complain and they hung up on me!! The most unprofessional, disorganized, and rude people I have ever met.
