I then brought my car to Frank Honda and Toyota Auto Repair for a diagnostic second opinion. Mike inspected it and called me right away with a serious finding: the left rear brake caliper bolts were missing, and the right front brake caliper bolts were loose from the previous brake job. This was especially concerning because I had already returned to the original shop and been told the vehicle was fine. This issue could have caused the brakes to seize, putting both my safety and my vehicle at serious risk. I will be meeting with Franz the owner's son and also with Jeremy who's has an extensive experience in selling foreign car parts on the Mercedes Benz Cars, BMW Series Cars, Cooper Cars, Honda Model Cars, and other foreign and American brand cars. I drove my 1995 Honda Civic DX Coupe Car this afternoon and Michelle my good friend who I am her Caregiver, she wanted to come with me to my meeting with MINSKY Mercedes - European Only Cars Shop this afternoon. I arrived (20 minutes) later to MINSKY Mercedes - European Cars Only because I didn't drive on the freeway, I drove my car through town instead because since I have an Auto Exhaust System Issue, this method will put less stress in my Auto Exhaust System . Then I pulled into their auto repair shop parking lot. I drove my car behind one of their customers car that was already in their stall. Because all of their parking lot spaces were filled up by other customers. I got out of my car with my friend Michelle then I walked into the front door to MINSKY Mercedes - European Only Repair Shop. Franz and Jeremy were both working on their computers at the front desk. I told Franz and Jeremy my name is Frances and I set up an appointment at 1 PM today to get a FREE Inspection done on my 1995 Honda Civic DX Coupe Car for an Exhaust System Issue . Then I saw Franz and Jeremy both walked up to me and they shook my hand. Franz and Jeremy were both very professional with me and also they both had a very friendly conversation with me regarding my situation with my car's Muffler making a very loud noise. Franz said it will take Ben their certified technician about (15 minutes) to give me a Diagnosis on my Exhaust System Issue on my car. Franz asked me to walk into the garage with him because Franz showed me that me 1995 Honda Civic DX Coupe Car was placed in their lift in the stall. Franz took his flashlight and he showed me the Muffler Exhaust System has a (HUGE HOLE) in this part. That Hole is causing my Muffler to sound very loud and really annoying when I drive my car anywhere. Franz and I both walked out of their garage and back into the office. I asked Franz to print off the Invoice and the prices of the Muffler Part that will be ordered to replace the Huge Hole in my Muffler in my car. Franz said sure no Problem. Then Franz printed off my Invoice and then Franz said he will give me 2 options. I can either ask Ben their Certified Technician to weld specific areas in the original Muffler Part. The Welding job will cost me less money but Franz said there will be No Warranty on this Welding job. I told Franz I prefer to have him order a New Muffler Part for my car. Franz said okay then he will offer me a (2 Year Warranty) in the New Muffler Part for my car. Then Franz discussed with me the Technician's Labor , Part Price and the Total Cost on this Exhaust System I will need to pay him for my 1995 Honda Civic DX Coupe Car. Franz offered me an Free Inspection with an Estimated Price. I thought Franz's Price Estimate is a Fair Price. I told Franz I will drive back to his MiNSKY Mercedes and European Only Shop sometime in November after the 4th, 2026 when I receive my check. Then I will be able to get my Exhaust System repaired in November 2026. Ben this Certified Technician introduced himself to me their new customer. Ben was very professional and I felt very comfortable talking to Ben today. I received Excellent Customer Service from Franz the owners son. Jeremy and Ben today. Also, Franz quoted me an Honest Estimate on my Exhaust System Part and their Labor in my car.

I made an appointment over the phone, and the staff were really nice and friendly from the moment I arrived. My oil change took less than an hour, which was super convenient! The lobby itself is definitely smaller than some of the other auto service and auto parts places I've been to, but I still really enjoyed my experience here. They had complimentary drinks, coffee, water, and other refreshments available while you wait, which was a nice touch. Overall, I had a great experience! This was one of the best experiences I've had getting work done on my car. I felt like I wasn't…read morebeing scammed or pressured into buying anything extra which I usually feel at most places. My husband called ahead of time to get a quote on a diagnostic on my car since we weren't sure what was happening and they offered a free 15 minute inspection. Once we got to the shop they were able to figure out what was happening after inspecting everything. They sent me a detailed list of things that should be worked on as well as things that may need servicing in the future. My main problem was I needed to have my engine mount replaced. The original guy helping us was really honest in recommending different mounts. He let us know the factory made mount would be more expensive but probably not worth the extra price as the other option would work just as well. After going through the inspection I left my car at the shop for the repairs and they ordered my husband and I an uber to take us back home. I got a call a couple hours later letting me know the repairs were done but one more repair could be done for some extra security. I asked them to do this repair as well and picked up my car a couple hours later. The repairs took about 3 hours total. When I eventually went to pick up my car a different guy was helping us out. He was really personable and gave us a discount on the extra repair. He also took care of the undercarriage on my car that was hanging out at no charge. On top of this, because it was my first time coming to the shop, I got a 10% discount on the labor cost. I was very happy with the service and didn't feel like I had to fork out an arm and a leg to repair my car. My car runs smoothly now and I will definitely use this shop in the future for any other car problems I might have.
