It was best that we had a…read moreset appointment but after speaking with lots of "walk in" customers, the wait time was minimum for both scenarios. We would recommend this Income Tax Preparation firm to anyone. Compared to most, Pronto Refund Tax Service charges for their work based on the forms that are necessary rather than by the hour. In comparison to the other three alternatives that we received a quote from, Pronto was nearly $80-$120 less that the next lowest price. We were recommended by 8 of our friends to visit Pronto Refund Tax Service since they referred to this firm as "the best of the best". My friends have been going to Pronto for over 10 years and will continue to do so. As for us, we will spread the word and refer anyone and everyone here. Thank you so much for working with us!

I do not recommend them because they will Tiff you every time just so they make more money off of you and leave you a zip they're getting 3300 and I'm only getting 2800 which is a kind of a lowball because they know that's getting over on us because that accent was way worse than it was so I do not recommend them to anybody
