There was a mistake made on my 2019 return done by them, which caused me owing taxes, and I was not told when they prepared it. When I received a notice from the authorities with alleged tax due (based on what they prepared) plus penalties, I reviewed my tax forms and found a mistake. When I went to them and explained and pointed where the mistake was, I was literally yelled at, especially by this one woman. She was showing this to another one there, and did not understand what she is saying so I started explaining again and she yelled at me that she is not talking to me. So I sat there for close to an hour and she had to call someone who finally admitted there is a mistake and that other person was fixing it. I had to leave being there close to an hour, and asked if she can email the amended return to me so I can send it to the authorities. She agreed. She (or anyone there) never expressed any apology for the mistake or for the inconvenience their error caused, and didn't even say bye or thank you after I said bye and have a good day when I was leaving. This is very unprofessional office, lacking any common curtesy or professional customer service. That particular woman left distaste towards the entire 'liberty tax' brand.
