Second time i used Jackson Hewitt frist was 2018 Irvington office simple paper 1040 as im low…read moreincome didnt get my refund of 4k for 6 months.I also brought my girlfriend in because i was given a referral coupon for 50 dollars if she filed her taxes which were much more work .She paid around 400 I made sure she put my referral coupon in computer and even stapled it on her tax package that J.Hewitt kept it said 2to 4weeks i would get a paper check .No check i called the office put it on the office the office said it would come from main office.Im still waiting i spend over a 100 hours on hold i emailed i wrote nothing.Well i have not received any stimulus I filed 2019 myself never heard back so again i went to J.Hewitt on broad St newark easiest tax return i had no income from year had a terminal mother in law but i felt i should go to a broker thought the hardworking IRS so they would know my ID SSN card and health insurance was checked by certified agency.i did it by mail i told them i wanted it sent cretified mail and i would pay which i read on IRS site it said send certified i was told they dont do certified mail.....Really well that was Feb 12th i have not heard a word they also said 35 dollars to do simple tax form i was charged 126.now i call them to try and get my stimulus checks.Their answer is for me to check the irs.gov website or call haha ever call there 2to4 hours and a recording comes on try tommow and hangs up. Theres a never worry section and call them anytime if u paid to for the service .i had zeto income and did the rebate form. I thoight the stimulus was for people who need it when i think of all the people who made150k and got it man and wife with a combined 299k income and 3 kids got 19 thousand dollars .its wrong.
