They submitted my tax return end of day last day, and I already had to be out of state at the time…read more(as it was delayed vs. expectations). I was due a refund for both state and federal. We were promised to receive submitted documents within a week, but we received documents they submitted on May 12th, after we had to push for it. After reviewing the documents, we found a number of mistakes, from misspelled last names, not removed extension requests, to messed up family income distribution. This Monday I received a letter that I own IRS money and late fees are due. State return was also different from what was submitted (also received a letter). After issues started, so far they never returned a single call as promised . Story continues, but my recommendation is strong avoid.
