She waited as she was the only other one in the customer service waiting area, hoping she would wrap up a little early. The banker finished her appointment early and skipped over my mom and took people out of the teller line instead. Then had the audacity to tell my mom that she didn't want her to leave angry but wouldn't do the wire. They let her stay after closing to pull her money out of her account though... absolutely absurd. Your bank should not be a barrier to you closing on a house.

Our information was very well organized and essentially the same as last year. It took us many frustrating hours to complete the questionnaire. We finally completed it in what seemed to us plenty of time to be told we would have to file for an extension because they couldn't complete our return by April 15. They finally completed it by May 13. Then we got a letter from the IRS in mid-June that there was an error on our return and we were owed a higher refund than we had projected.
