I never feel rushed or anything like that. A reminder is sent in December to let you know that you should schedule an appointment or upload all your documents to the SmartVault before the appointment or as a substitute for your appointment. Smart Vault is where they store all your past tax documents, which comes in handy if it's ever needed. This year, I decided to explore the other options and utilized the SmartVault option, so all I had to do was upload all my documents and just wait until Joe get a chance to process it. Joe called me with additional questions. After all said and done, he sent me notification that it's ready to file, and all I had to do was reviewed, signed, scanned, and upload to SmartVault for filing. The invoice for the service is also included, and you can make a payment over the phone with Sally. This is so convenient, and such an innovation way to do your taxes without having to leave the comfort of your home and fight traffic. Super awesome! And I will definitely be back, and suggest you do too!

While the individual employee responsible no longer works at the firm, Huddleston as a business refused to take ANY responsibility for their negligence. When I tried to request a fair settlement from Huddleston--such as receiving a partial refund for the amount I paid for their tax services given that they failed to fulfill their duties--they stopped responding to my messages. When you trust a business with something as important as your financials, you deserve better, and as a fellow small business owner, I am incredibly disappointed in Huddleston CPAs.

For almost two decades, our returns were relatively complex, involving multi-family real properties, investment accounts and several more complex forms of investment. It was a LOT of complex and complicated work, and Kathleen dove in and straightened it all out wonderfully. Her fees were reasonable compared to doing the same kind of tax work with other CPAs and even H&R Block (who will charge you out the *** if you aren't a simple 1099), especially considering everything I asked of her. She really helped me out of the disaster my old employer made out of my taxes. She was a total pro the whole time, and I really appreciated all her hard work. Fast forward a decade and I was in desperate need of copies of some old taxes she had done because my records got lost and I needed them very badly. Kathleen went above and beyond to dig through old records, old computer files and databases, old backups, you name it! She was able to retrieve some very important information for me that I really needed to have and could not find anywhere else - not even from the IRS! She did all this for a former client with no question and was really kind about it!
