Ted did a great job on our taxes; the issue was when asked to send a copy (pdf) of our returns I…read morewas sent a bill for a return he has already in pdf. $50.00 bill? Seriously? For something that you are required to keep a digital file of. And yes, we have a copy somewhere at home in storage! If they had not been stapled and glued together in a binder, they could have been easily scanned in when I brought them home. But as I said you already had a digital copy that could have been sent over with little to no effort. I apologize for asking my CPA who I just paid to do our taxes for advice on something that could have been answered at your leisure. Might I also add I never indicated it was a need right now kind of thing, and you had it easily accessible document. I wouldn't have even asked but I was unable to locate them. I get it, people have bad days, but this response was out of line! Had you said in your email, I will have to charge you for someone to pull the needed info I may have been more inclined to just pay that especially knowing you are busy. I am shocked at this type of response to a consumer. Especially one who just paid you in excess of 1,200.00to do the returns. I will be referring all clients somewhere else in the future.

I have gotten my taxes done here for the past 10+ years and have always had a great experience. A…read moredynamite team of lady bosses greets you with huge smiles when you walk in. Don't let that fool you, though. These women are on top of their stuff! Over the last few years, their clientele just exponentially grows, and they still can recite each client's information by memory! You can not talk to them for months about your tax info and they still remember immediately if you have a new tractor to claim on last year's taxes. It's crazy how efficient they are! They always seem to know all of the little tax credits that you qualify for, as well. What I love most is that the small-town tax shop makes you feel like part of the family. They remain professional and warm. They really do care about working out what is best for you and your family. Highly recommend for your tax and accounting needs! You will NOT be disappointed. They also recently remodeled the office and it looks pretty epic! Although, if you don't feel comfortable meeting face-to-face, they are following COVID protocols and allowing drop-box deliveries and porch pick-up!

A couple hundred dollars now turned into a almost 3K payment due notice with all the interest added over 2 years. I went and saw a tax attorney and he said it would be cheaper to pay it than for him to take the case. So, I paid it. Next tax year I was searching online and found CSI. I went buy their office and spoke with Kevin about doing my taxes. So, when I received all my tax statement I called and made an Apt with Kevin. Went in he was able to do it on the spot. During COVID I did it online. Kevin has been doing my taxes for 5 years. He fees are reasonable.
