If you are dealing with divorce I would say there are absolutely more compassionate attorneys out there. I do understand that divorce attorneys don't make money if you aren't getting divorce. If you are genuinely trying to get help figuring divorce out I would recommend doing lots of research and speaking directly to the attorneys that will be representing you. In divorce if your attorney cannot relate to you you should find someone who can.
