When the IRS charged me $159 interest for not paying the proper tax due, I asked Motiff and Fayram to reimburse me for the expense they caused me. I have emailed them, faxed them my request and left several voice mail messages. NO RESPONSE. I thought the firm was reputable. I have changed my opinion. I don't recommend using them.

After not having heard a thing from her in over 10 days I understood my business wasn't important to her, let her know her services are no longer needed and found a different company to work with. Nevertheless, she had the audacity to send me a bill 5 months for services never received and another one 9 months later. I have neveragreed or signed for anything. This is a dishonest business, avoid at all cost.

The reason he did not get 5 stars from me is he does not have voice mail or an email address to contact him. I think during this day/age it is vitally important for people to have access to a small business anyway possible. If you call his phone number it will ring and ring and ring. Really, you don't know if you are even calling the right number. There is no opportunity to leave a message or anything. To me, it is really quite annoying as I need to take time again to call back. Hopefully, he answers the 2nd time as I would need to call again. If you have questions or comments, you would have to call again.... I've asked for an email address and why he doesn't have voice mail. He said something like he wasn't good with technology. I actually am considering finding someone else who has at least voice mail or text messaging. Otherwise, great guy, great tax service done correctly & quickly.

I tried many but all of them were honestly worthless except for Spherion. Far and away the absolute best. Unlike others like Remedy Staffing or Employee Express or Beacon Hill who almost never talk to you, never follow up on anything, and have little to present, Spherion was on the ball from the word go! They responded the fastest and off the bat gave me four options to look at when the others only had one! I got a job pretty quickly. I wanted to write this review then, but I'm glad I waited. When that job fell through some time later, Spherion supported me and I was able to get another one in less than two weeks. I have been exceptionally impressed by their speed and humanity. I feel heard and helped. Even when having to deliver bad news, they did a phenomenal job, able to discern relevant points in response, and kept doing what was right for me! They are the best without a doubt. They are really active on your behalf and that meant the world.

Temp and employment agencies have taken to posting jobs on Internet job boards and I applied to…read moreone. I had only worked on short temporary assignment over a couple of years ago for Spherion and had not heard from them since, so when I got a call, it surprised me. They called to say that they felt I was unkind to Spherion staff and wanted me to apologize for that from two and a half years ago. They acknowledged that I did a satisfactory job with the one assignment they had provided. Why go to the trouble of getting an apology now after I hadn't heard from you in so long? If it really bothered Spherion they would have requested an apology ages ago.
