She gave me some helpful tips for next years taxes and I was out the door. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because online I read to make an appointment and get $50 back instantly when you file but that was only if you spend over $150 which mine wasn't. Also there is an online app which allows you do do some cool stuff so I'll probably use them again next year.

Moved to SC from VA and my old provider of 9 years jacked up my insurance by almost $40 a month…read more(after me lowering coverages to try and keep it reasonable). I did the online quote with GEICO and it was much much lower (basically my old rate in VA). I emailed (I prefer email over phone calls) and agent here, TINA who is great, to verify that quote was correct, gave her my coverages with my old provider and she verified the online quote was correct (actually in reality a little lower) and with better coverage. I asked my old provider if they could match and told them if not I was leaving, and they basically said they were already as low as they could go (despite my great driving record and me being a customer for 9 years-so much for loyalty). When I decided to switch the phone call (mandatory) was brief and she set up my new policy quickly. After I set up my policy my bank sent an ad email saying they now have a discount with GEICO, and I asked if I was eligible. Apparently I have to call customer service, agents can't handle that. So that's the only disappointing thing is that you have to call/talk to multiple arms of the company for various reasons (eg one hand does not talk to the other), but that is so with many companies. That's the only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars so far. My agent was great and responsive.
