They got my address correct but they did not my my girlfriends who lives at the same exact address? My girlfriend called to explain the situation and they said well that can't happen we have 3 people edit for this, I guess we were the exception!! This caused the IRS to cancel my GF state refund and well to make a long story short, My GF called and said that she still has not received her state refund and that we didn't think it was right to pay the full amount ($375.00) because of all the BS. My GF spoke to John and another woman and we were told that if we didn't pay the full amount we would be assessed late fee's, REALLY just like the state refund that we still haven't received because you obviously check for the correct information 3 times right!!!!!!
