I am not going back to this location. I went last year to do estate return and the agent who was working on the estate return didn't know what I wanted. I showed him the paperwork's for the papers I for the stocks I sold from my late brother's insurance company that is headed quarter in Canada. He was unable to differentiate between the two. One had the value in Canadian currency and the other in us currency. He had to ask another agent which one he was to use for the tax return. I told that I already filled my IRS returns already but he didn't listen and filed the taxes return as my regular federal taxes return. He called me back to tell me that the IRS has rejected the tax return. I am going to recommend them to anyone who asks me if I would recommend H&R Bock not to use them. read more
