I got there and the lady said she doesn't have an access to file the taxes for me at the moment and asked if I could leave the documentation so they can do it as a drop off. I gave additional informations she asked for and I was like not a problem, we can do it as a drop off. I asked when is it going to be done and she said by the end of the day. 10 + days I haven't received a call at all. I called them to see what's going on and they said they need to ask me couple more questions! Why the hell nobody gave me a call if you needed additional information??? On top of that I finally get there to sign it and the guy was like oh no, I hope it's not gonna make me fill it out all over again! I was beyond pissed with the whole situation. Then he said they are going to charge me 350 or 360$ lol like what for after all of this? They shouldn't have charged me more than 50$, not even that! Horrible horrible experience! Never again!

Came in to help prepare a relative's tax return since they are deceased and I needed help. The tax…read morepreparer was helping another individual and he was a little irate, so I was impressed when she kept her cool and stayed with the program. He left to get more information and then it was my turn. I gave her everything and explained the situation and she started to prepare the 2016 tax return right away. The lady was really nice and is going through a similar situation of my relative ailed of. My heart went out to her. All in all I was in and out in a half hour and it cost me $59. One downside is I didn't see any dancing foam statues of liberty. That would have made my day.
