They let my coverage lapse by never giving me a courtesy call to tell me something was wrong with my card. The real kicker is the way i found out. jt was by a debt collection notice in the mail. I immediately thought the collection was a scam. When i called Amber she thought it was too. When she looked into it, yes it was real and now I had been driving without insurance for a whole month! I immediately paid what i thought was completely owed according to them to discover recently that they don't even know. The nightmare still continues because i've called the last two days and they won't call me back so i can pay all that i owe. I wouldn't recommend this insurance agency to anyone. Either they have too much on their plate or they are incompetant.

She dismissed the severity of his spinal condition despite SSA Listings 1.15 and 1.16 clearly outlining how spinal instability, nerve compression, and the year‑long recovery from spinal fusion prevent sustained work. She told us he needed to take narcotics or medications he is allergic to, which is medically unsafe and not required by SSA. She minimized his essential tremors because they are managed by a primary care doctor, ignoring the fact that Oklahoma has year‑long neurology waitlists and SSA does not penalize claimants for lack of specialist access. She also claimed his COPD "looks bad" because he isn't medicated, despite SSA Listing 3.02 evaluating functional limitations, not medication status. She dismissed his arthritis and blood disorder entirely, even though SSA evaluates combined impairments and my husband is a chef who faces real safety risks if his tremors break through medication. Finally, she insisted we had to "prove he can't do any job," which is simply untrue; SSA evaluates whether a claimant can return to their past relevant work or perform other work within their functional limitations. I was sent an invitational offer through the mail a few months ago so I decided that since I'll be…read moredoing some traveling on the road soon I might as well take them up on it. I came into the office and was greeted cheerfully by a lady sitting at a desk. She asked me how she could help and I proceeded to hand her the letter I received and explained that I would like to get this offer. She looked the paperwork over and asked me what level of membership I would like to purchase. Level? Apparently AAA has 3 different membership levels. Each level gets you towed a specific amount of miles and gets you free gas or repay gas when brought to you. "Honestly", I told her, "I have car insurance that covers all of this already. I would like to purchase the lowest level and take advantage of all the discounts that come along with being an AAA member." So basic level it is!! The sign up process was simple and quick and the young lady was very nice as she talked to me about all the things that I could receive discounts on...food, hotels, vacations, etc. When she was finished inputting my information into the computer she printed out a receipt and a temporary card for me to have until my actual one comes in the mail in 3 days. There are a few AAA places around town. There is one in town (I can't recall where it is at the moment) but that office carries all the travel books for different destinations and cruises that you can pick up for free as a member. Cool to have ahead of time when planning a trip. Now I just gotta figure out where I'm gonna put those shiny stickers on my car.
