The refund was large. I got the check from the IRS. The IRS told me that the tax preparer did not do the taxes correctly and explained why. So they just gave me a check minus $1,600. So, I decided to call Dayna Cotter. They would not return my calls. I left 3 messages and no one ever picked up when I called. They must have caller ID. All I wanted was an explanation. I got nothing from them. How rude is it when someone you paid to do a service doesn't even return your phone calls? I took the IRS as explanation enough.
