He got the information from me and the levels of coverage I wanted and said he would run it through the 25 carriers they quote with. Scott checked back a couple times through the day. They weren't able to beat the price we are currently paying but he went above and beyond and reached out someone he knew at Stare Farm who was able to quote a better price and he provided the agents information. They might not have been able to get us a better price with the companies they work with but him going the extra mile was appreciated. I would recommend giving them a call for a quote.

After 30 years of business with…read moreAllstate and approximately 22 years with this agency I received, on June 24,2022, ONE notice that our Mobilehome policy will not be renewed due to the fact that our home was not cleared to "within 1000' of the brush/fuel line." We are in the same home we were in when we bought our policy and I'm sure they know the specs. of our property; 4.79 acres, 327.5' by 637.7'. I cannot possibly meet the 1000' requirement. (I am curious if all Allstate homeowners received this notification,1000' is a lot!) From May to August of 2021 I was in correspondence with Michelle Jansen, the Office Manager of Nicholls and Associates. At that time we spoke of fire mitigation and the brush line then was "100' of the home." Based on this prior correspondence, which involved taking care of the brush issue, Michelle did send me an unasked for quote which included upgrades that we do not need. I feel that if I responded to the June 2022 letter, "Feel free to contact...", I would receive a possible solution that would increase the cost of the policy approximately 3 times of what is has been in the past. This situation feels like a switch and bait tactic. After such shoddy treatment from a business we have dealt with for 30 years I am done! I cannot, in my personal experience, recommend this agency!
