I cannot recommend this firm…read more We have been working since 2019 to have my mothers estate taxes completed. There was a snag in us selling a property which didn't happen until june 2021, so I understand they may not have been able to complete everything, however since June 2021 (it is now april 2022) we have had nothing short of excruciating difficulty getting anything done. Firstly, I am not an accountant so I didn't know we should have been filing taxes for all those years, and now there are late penalties. OK fine, it's a small estate and there was no tax owing (cause my deceased mother wasn't working obviously) but those years could/should have been filed in my opinion. Emails and attempts to contact this firm are not responded to, documentation is sent multiple times, only to have the SAME documentation requested again a month or two later, we have sent them "x" amount of money to cover taxes the estate owes, only to find out, "oh no x isnt enough money, we also owe "y" amount too." Ok, but there has been no confirmation the first amount was sent to the government, We were told in February that we would receive confirmation from the government of balance owing, It's now april and nothing, My last 3 emails have not been responded to. At this point I feel we are held hostage, as the firm has our $ and we cannot get a response. I have gmail documentation showing only about 25% of emails are even acknowledged, and will be filing a complaint with the CPAA. My last review on google was taken down, but I feel this is simply an honest account of my experience here, and I am not violating community standards, and I will just keep reposting this as others should know this firm is not trustworthy.
