They don't answer the phone or return calls. They acknowledged that their voicemail is back logged 80 messages and they are trying to catch up. I obviously displayed displeasure with this situation and was told that "our clients don't act like this". Rich is a scum bag who takes on far to many clients then he can handle. I am now left without service on April 11. 7 weeks after turning in my documents. Do not take your business to them. He is a scumbag.

I left a message, asking him to confirm when they will be submitted, but again no response.
