He took time to call the IRS with me, and with his help, I actually spoke to a few representatives! (If you've ever tried to call the IRS, you know that's basically a miracle). This problem wasn't related to either of the tax years Manny was filing for me, but he was still willing to help. I was nervous about cost since I've never visited a tax pro before, but he charged less than $200 per return. His expertise is definitely worth the price! 5 star service

As a result, we were charged an additional processing fee ($200) to fix their mistake - the lack of accuracy, transparency and accountability was very disappointing. Would not recommend if you have complex taxes.
