A few years ago I started working with Nardella & Taylor in Lexington. They have been great! More specifically I have worked with one of their key Tax specialist Rebecca. She is PHENOMENAL! While pleasant to work with and extremely knowledgeable she is just what I need. She is like a sub commander when it comes to my dysfunction. I recommend her and the firm to others even if you are not as clueless as I am. They offer a ton of other accounting services which I have not had any exposer to but have been told that they are top notch.

2022 - Assured us multiple times that our tax returns had been filed and the correct payments sent…read more Months later we get a penalty from the IRS and then A&C admitted they forgot to make the payment to the IRS. 2023 - We told them we couldn't get our files to them until end of March and then asked if they would be able to do our taxes anyway (their deadline is March 15th for all files). They responded that yes they would be able to do our taxes and get us the amount owed/refund, but it would be close to the deadline for which we said OK. Then today, 16 days later, which is 2 days before taxes are due, they send us an email saying, "oh sorry, we can't help you - you're on your own." They should have been honest on March 29th and said "sorry we can't do it". Then we could have found other help. Instead they promised to help and abdicated 2 days before the tax deadline. Shoddy work, poor communication and complete lack of accountability. Use at your own risk.

I called Hanscom Federal credit Union because of $4,000 worth of fraud on our checking account. We have called five times to get the straightened out.
