Maybe they do not know what name brand items are on some things I can only surmise. I think when they refuse your New or gently used name brand items you bring in they trick you into asking if you would like to leave your things to be donated to Salvation Army. I don't know what to think perhaps so they can put the stuff out on the floor for free or keep it for themselves Furthermore, this is a franchise and they are supposed to pay cash on the spot to their customers for their gently used items that day or the next depending on how busy they are. Not by appointment 2 weeks or a month later. How do you know day by day how busy you're going to be a couple weeks from now or a month. Or perhaps this particular store is a trademark infringement.

The racks are so crammed it takes so much time just to sort through, only to fine the wrong size was put in that section. The clothing racks isn't the only disorganized/ not enough space issue this store has. 90% of the time when you walk it you are greeted in the face with people's huge totes and boxes in the way of the front sore where you can't hardly walk around to get in. Don't bring kids in while you shop, even though they have a designated kid area to play, good luck even getting back to that area with people standing in line and all the boxes and totes, diffidently no room for a mom with a baby carrier to shop.

Saige picked out a Robotic snake, some neon markers, a snorkle set for her upcoming beach trip and a squashmallow animal for a snuggly pal aka pillow for her trip. I drove in on Sunday, and wasn't sure anyone was home yet, so popped in here to kill some time. To say that this is an overwhelming experience for someone not familiar with Gabe's is an understatement. First stop, the West Virginia section of just everything West Virginia - shirts, sweatshirts, long sleeve tee's blankets, stadium blankets, football WVU branded items - for men, women, children, baby, household and oh what prices. $3 to roughly $20 made for exceptional stocking stuffers for me. As a side note, I went back two more times in my 5 day stay in Parkersburg. You cannot take it all in, in one visit. I bought a pair of velvet Talbots red (perfect for Christmas!) slacks for $7, with the tag for $128 still attached. The downside of this is that I didn't realize until I got back to New Jersey that the security tag is STILL ON! (so still need to figure that one out). Got a J Crew blouse for $2, not a tshirt, a nice black blouse. What you need to keep in mind is that you will need to spend a good bit of time going through racks and racks of items with absolutely no rhyme or reason as to how they display them. Not by size, not by season, not by anything. But you will have fun.

Oh the sales rep was very friendly and not super pushy but we had to tell her No 4-5 times to escape. If we had time, we would have accepted the free makeovers! But, I was on a birthday mission and pressed for time I have always had great experience at JC Penney Makeup and Hair Saloon in the past and she didn't disappoint! She's a great sales rep! First call I made, wait time 7 minutes (not a huge ordeal) but then the voice was of India. He couldn't do anything, so he was calling the store for me. I asked if I could just speak with the. Needless, to say, I was cut off. I looked up the number specifically to Vienna and got return desk. Well, who knew if the order was already sent out, I had to talk to a .com desk! No, I am not kidding. So, I waited until the phone rang again. Oh no, it was the same return desk that sent me to the.com desk! Same lady, also. She said I had to hang up and call the same number back with extension 272. So, I did. I heard commotion on the other end. I'm not positive, but I think the.com desk was a lady working remote and her young daughter answered the phone and was told to put me on hold! Enough is enough! I once again called the original number to the Vienna return desk just to be told they couldn't cancel anything that was already sent out. Just keep in mind, that store placed the order for me!!! These people have no clue what they are doing. They sit and stare at you and offer no help. It took…read morethe girl thirty minutes to put a simple message of changing ties in the system. She didn't have the tablet charged properly. You can see here in the photo there are three people just standing and watching tv as we just help ourselves to the ties and try to match things. When asking for color opinions they say everything "looks ok" with no suggestions. I will not be returning here they are lazy and want to sit and eat and watch tv all day.
