I started going to Young's because I couldn't find anyone who could sharpen my chain saw chains…read moreproperly. Well, all I can say that after Dave's sharpener gets through sharpening my chain I have to handle it with gloves because it is so sharp and the pieces the saw throws are so large that you better be wearing chapps or your legs are going to get all bruised up ! Also, after suffering with a Husqvarna and Poulin chainsaws for several years that finally croaked for different reasons, I finally asked Dave (the owner) about the brand he sold, Johnsered. Dave suggested, without any pressure, the saw that would fit my needs, and I decided to buy the model one size more powerful, the 2165. I have had this saw for three years now, and suffice to say it is the best chainsaw I have ever owned. It starts up right away, and is so powerful it will go though a 100 year old cherry tree like butter ! It is solidly built, easy to maintain, very safe, and works the way it supposed to, a rarity in many products today.
