JJ Garcia Tree Service did an outstanding job from start to finish…read more They originally came out to trim my 50+ year-old oak tree and my 40+ year-old magnolia tree. The massive oak had been overshadowing the magnolia for years, limiting its sunlight and airflow. Their crew carefully opened up the canopy while preserving the beauty and character of the oak. When they were finished, the canopy looked absolutely incredible--perfectly balanced and still the centerpiece of my property. Driving up to my home, it's the first thing you notice, and it honestly looks even more beautiful than before. Fast forward a few months, and I noticed several large dead limbs on the magnolia that never recovered. I assumed it was my responsibility since I had waited so long to call, and I fully expected to pay for another service visit. Instead, JJ Garcia Tree Service responded to my message almost immediately, came out promptly, and removed the dead limbs without hesitation. That level of customer service is incredibly rare today. They stood behind their work, were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything looked right. It's hard to find contractors who not only do exceptional work but also continue to take care of their customers after the job is complete. If you need tree trimming, tree removal, or simply want honest professionals who take pride in their work, I can't recommend JJ Garcia Tree Service highly enough. They have earned my trust and will be the only company I call for any future tree service needs.

When asked to catch a few extra things (other trees that the big tree had fallen on), it was not an issue and honestly didn't take them but maybe 5-10 extra minutes. Other places only cut exactly what the estimator said and nothing else. They were easy to work with. We did not get a written estimate (which I usually insist on), but we had used them before for smaller jobs. I've noticed they often did not return calls to others. They came the next day for us for the estimate and scheduled the job for the next day or two, but that may be because we let them know we had used them before.
