When you first walk in, it's a bit overwhelming but once you get stated, you can't stop. Hubby, Sister-in-law, Niece and I literally walked every aisle of the store. We laughed at items that we haven't seen since childhood. We laughed at my husband dancing in the aisles. It was like a flask back down memory lane. This store has everything you need and don't need. There's hair care, health & beauty, under clothing, lingerie, kitchen aide, birthday supplies, and a host of creative items. I really wanted the hammock but I wasn't sure how it would fit in my suitcase. I'll definitely be back for Christmas gifts. Maybe, I'll see you there.

This Ollie's has a reasonable selection of books, and I noticed some books here that I hadn't seen at the other Ollie's. All the prices are a great value. My only gripe is that one of the books that I wanted was on a super high shelf, and it wasn't clear how I was supposed to get it, so I had to be creative with how I retrieved the book. I browsed the other aisles but didn't see anything in particular. I was mainly looking for books and excess tea; neither Ollie's had much of a tea selection. The employee that rang us up was nice and friendly, and there was basically no wait, although it might have been because they were closing soon. I definitely think a good value can be had here as long as you're not looking for anything super specific. I enjoy going to Ollie's for puzzle books and coloring books, of which there are many.

When I realized I didn't have it, I retraced my steps with no luck. The awesome lady at the front, Kathy, offered to help. She flagged down the manager, Conrad who went above and beyond to help me. While a ran out to my truck to make sure I hadn't left it there, he went around the entire store with his personal cell phone calling me trying to help me find it, which he did! He even came outside to flag me down as he saw I was visibly upset. Both Kathy and Conrad could not have been kinder or more helpful. The store was organize, clean, and well kept. Its always nice to shop in a store like that. But when you have employees like Kathy and Conrad, it takes it to the next level. I will most definitely be back to this specific store with friends! I am so grateful to him.
