They also installed a below ground sprinkler system in my front yard, and are placing timed above ground sprinklers in my rear yard. There have been a couple of kinks but I firmly believe that it isn't about the challenges because challenges will come. It's how you face them. Terry and Curtis have been diligent in resolving challenges that have arisen, and have really gone above and beyond to make this a seamless and successful experience. Jeremy is the most dishonest person I have ever contracted work with. He sent a crew of guys to sod…read moremy yard in April. I have a 6 zone irrigation system and followed their EXACT watering instructions. Grass began disappearing after 3 weeks. I called and got new watering instructions, but it did not help. Jeremy refused to come out to my house to assess the issue after spending $1600 with them and proceeded to yell at me through the phone that "IT IS YOUR FAULT THE GRASS IS DEAD NOT MINE". After multiple conversations he agreed to re-sod 2 pallets for $150 labor cost. Week after week he came up with excuses as to why he couldn't come out. After 2 months I finally realized I was being lied to and he eventually blocked my number. I drove to his "address" on 1960 which is actually a small piece of a lot that he rents on occasion. I had the land owner call him and he eventually told me "I will mail you a $300 check for your trouble". 1.5 months later and still no check or sod... This guy is a complete snake. Stay away. The projects began by meeting with Trey Laird, and he prepared a detailed color mock-up of his ideas and a proposal with various options. He was very knowledgeable and patiently worked with us to create a finished product better than we imagined. We worked with all of his longtime crews who were very respectful to us and our home. They cleaned up after themselves every day, never blared music and kept to a tight schedule working very hard daily. No corners were cut with any of the preparations and quality work was of upmost importance. They worked with existing drainage, plumbing and sprinklers and made repairs/upgrades as needed while helping to stay within budget.
