They sold…read moreme a car with huge safety issues and I confronted the manager (Sam) the next day of my purchase but he stopped responding to all my texts. I came to this location due to all the good reviews but my experience here was not all too welcoming. Sam was caring before I purchased the car but after I bought the vehicle no care or response is given. Bought the owners of the dealerships brothers car but it has many key safety hazard issues with the car. Confronted the owner of the dealership after weeks of hiatus due to health conditions and he was trying to help out with the issues. I left my car with them for two whole weeks which was plenty more time to work on the car and as I confront the owner one the day of to pick up the car he says it's not finished. I tell him I really need my car for the next working week so I really need to get the car fixed by the next day and he says that's he definitely not doing that because of a jeep festival and that I was ungrateful and he wasn't going to help me anymore. Not only am I left with a car that often times gets stuck in the parking gear due to the gear shift being jammed and the traction control not working due to the button being broken and non responsive there's also a huge worry and dangerous water leak that is dripping on the floors of the driver side (all pictures are provided in this review). In conclusion still haven't received my title/registration of the car or license plate and it's been over 1 month and two weeks now while the temporary license they gave me is expired. The owner said that has nothing to do with them and that I should call the state. Not willing to help me out with a car I bought with them for the full amount of $25000 in full payment. Choose wisely if you decide to buy from here.

The vehicle has a 100K mile / 10-year warranty on it based on how it was sold to me. I can only drive the car 30-40 miles an hour. The car will not accelerate or speed up. The car cannot reverse into my driveway. The car has no power. I am self-employed. So my vehicle is the lifeline of my business. I received no assistance from the manufacturer or this dealership in Canton, GA called Bill Holt. I purchased the car new from Roswell Mitsubishi (ATL, GA) back in Nov 2016. This dealership is now closed...So I took it to Bill Holt Mitsubishi in Canton, GA to get it looked at and serviced under the warranty. Here is my experience at Bill Holt Mitsubishi. Might I add, I had such a bad experience today at the Mitsubishi Dealership in Canton, GA. From the initial phone call with Chuck yesterday, he just did not want to put in any effort to assist me...As I provided him with the VIN number, it went downhill from there. First, he told me I am not the original owner of the vehicle. I said yes I am the primary and the only owner. I have the paperwork to prove it.. The vehicle was purchased new. It states this on my Bill of Sale and my GA title; which I know they can see in the system. But instead of working toward a solution. I was simply told they are not going to fix it, but if you come in, bring in your paperwork. So earlier today, I went down with my paperwork and spoke with Mark (another advisor). He gets my paperwork and validates the car was sold to me as new and I am the owner of the vehicle. Mark then stated I would have to call Mitsubishi themselves and see if they can make the correction to have me as the primary owner of the vehicle; not secondary. This way I am granted the 100K mile /10-Year warranty status. The people at Bill Holt acted like I was a disease. They did not want to touch the car or have anything to do with it. Simply put, they did not want to do any warranty work in fear that the claim would be denied. If my paperwork is valid, why couldn't my car get fixed? Does this sound like a company who is standing behind its product? When it came to selling the vehicle, I was offered food, offered to meet the team, etc. The red carpet was rolled out when we were buying the vehicle. By the end of the day, we knew the entire staff. Now I have trouble with the vehicle, everyone is in hiding, peeping out the doors and looking through the window. Again little or no guidance was offered to get the paperwork corrected on the back end. Nothing was even offered to look at the vehicle and see what else can be done to correct the transmission. I mean nothing. So now I am stuck with a busted car that is still covered under the 10-year / 100K mile warranty....I am so defeated and tired... I tell everyone how good this car has been to me over the years....Now I feel like a sucker because I purchased 2 of them back to back and had 3 friends purchase Mitsubishi cars over the past 2 years. Now I have to go and share this experience with them. Do you think they're going to trust me again when it comes to bragging about a car comp[any? Mitsubishi, please get this situation corrected. Anyway, Timmy from Cherokee auto Group replied back in the nastiest, the rudest manner I have ever experienced from a professional auto dealership. And the conversation just got worse and worse by the minute...apparently because I was attempting to work with them on price. That started an unprofessional war of words, that I'm sorry I stooped to his level at one point. This was THE WORST AUTO DEALERSHIP OR EBAY seller I have EVER ATTEMPTED TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I've attached the message thread as photographic PROOF so you can judge for yourself how Cherokee Auto Group replies to a customer's seeking a used vehicle. - I didn't make this up, it's exactly what was said. I would NEVER do business with a car dealership who responds like this. I can not believe how unprofessional and down-right rude the way TIMMY sent one nasty reply after the other. BTW I ALREADY posted another review with even more detail which they SOMEHOW GOT REMOVED even though YELP CLAIMS TO NEVER REMOVE TRUTHFUL REVIEWS - how odd. We'll see how long this one lasts. Worst and least transparent dealership in the state. Consistent liars regarding warranties and…read moreservice plans. They will tell you anything to upsell you. Service prices are upcharged significantly compared to anywhere else. Last oil change I got, they didn't do correctly which led to an oil spill all over my driveway and damage to the engine which I got a t-shirt for my inconvenience..... if you want to be lied to and consistently uncharged this is the place for you

During a transmission repair I was lied to multiple times about the price, my car was "being worked…read moreon" for four weeks, and I was charged for a credit card fee that was never made public. I was told that I could pay with a debit card instead, but this was a mistake as the company forced me to wait for over 2 hours to get a credit card refund. I don't say this lightly: this is the worst customer experience I've had in my life. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but every interaction I've had with this place has been an absolute disaster. You can't trust a word that Mike or Gil says.

I brought my car in for issues I believed to be the transmission and asked if they could take a look at it and let me know if these assumptions were correct. Mike (the person who inspects the vehicles) was quick to diagnose my car and it's issues which he stated were my transmission and also that I would need a tune up. From here I agreed to let them replace the transmission for me and do the tune up. Fast forward a week later I was called by Mike being told that my car was ready for pick up. Upon arriving, they let me test drive it before doing all of the paper work. This is where it gets very frustrating. The test drive revealed that the same issue I had before I brought my car in for repair was STILL happening after they "repaired" it. This is after week of them having my car and after they have already charged me over $5000 for my car repairs. They then take it back for another week to "take a look" at it again. Upon receiving my car again they told me it was my cylinder #1!!! This makes me wonder if I even needed a new transmission. My confidence in their work is little and I honestly feel like they pulled a fast one on me since I'm a 22 year old college student who knows very little about cars. I don't suggest going here, they left me concerned on whether or not my car will be broken again within a couple months and made me definitely feel like I was lied to on what the issue really was with my car.
