He went to the tire store in the morning to grab us a new one, and waited an hour in the store for it to be prepped. EZ Towing trying to get me fired! My car was damaged and I…read morewas injured in a hit-and-run. The insurance & repair companies selected EZ towing, not my choice. I set the appointment for my lunch hour which is very tight. I also can't use my phone at work. They called me hours before and left a message giving me a half hour window. Then called again and scolded me for not answering the first time and threatened to cancel the appointment. They called a third time saying they were coming 20 minutes EARLY and if I wasn't there, they would leave and cancel the tow. When I told them the confirmations had given me a specific window of time they said it was actually an hour and a half window of time so they could come early and it would be my problem. I had to rearrange my work schedule, where I'm already working with an injury and borrowing a car, to make it to the early arrival of the tow truck. The multiple people I talked to were all rude, pushy and condescending and are putting my job at risk. I informed the insurance and collision repair company who have both been fantastic to work with. I hope they choose a different tow operator going forward

They were hired by my apartment complex to assist with a replacing job. First, they showed up on…read morethe wrong day, and started towing vehicles before property management notified residents. Second, they ended up towing my car first (Chapa rep's words, not mine), and in doing so wenched my vehicle into a nearby tree, causing significant damage while loading it into the back of the truck. Despite overwhelming evidence (e.g. damage to the tree with paint marks matching that of my car on a thick branch about 8-9 feet up) They immediately denied any wrong doing, and only shared photos of the aftermath claiming "it was like that when I got here" and no proof of the condition of the car before it was loaded, even though the same rep went back on his words and claimed that they "always" take pictures before they load it onto the bed. He was rude and I could tell he was lying with how fluid is story was, and contained contradictory logic. Basically call anyone else for tow service, because this company provides terrible service, is dishonest, and clearly none of their employees value integrity.
