Our freshly renovated walls will make you feel at home in the historical city center of Beaune. In 2017 we remodeled our hotel to offer 23 sleek, stylish and contemporary rooms. Our mission: To ensure that Hotel Central keep its prestige as a must go to destination in the heart of the wine capital of Burgundy.
As soon as you walk past the front door, on your right, you'll find an open kitchen to help you start your day off right, with high-quality local produce. Often organic, always great! At around 5 pm, our mixologist takes over the open kitchen and turns it into a fine cocktail bar where our guests can enjoy a French aperitif! On your left , you'll find a speakeasy-style living room where after 10 pm the atmosphere is ever evolving, a must for all visitors.

Meet the Business Owner: Edgar V.
Edgar Vaudeville was born in 1979 in Paris. He arrived in New York with seventeen years of extensive and diverse experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with the world's most recognized and revered chefs, hoteliers, restauranteurs and lifestyle entrepreneurs. Recently, Mr. Vaudeville organized the reopening of the bar at the iconic Hotel Le Bristol in Paris, which was listed as "the best hotel bar in the world" by ... in 2012. Previously, he was a key figure in public relations, marketing, communications and events for the W Doha Hotel and Residences in Qatar. Throughout his career, he has worked with such respected names as Alain Ducasse, Roger Verge, Bernard Chauve and Michel Kerever, and at such esteemed establishments as Le Parc and Maxim's in Paris.
