At this point I've pretty much had everything on their menu but I'll list a few of my favorites below. // Zeytinyagilar - Olive Oil Dishes 1. Enginar (Artichokes) - This has to be one of my favorite Turkish dishes. Make sure you're getting this in the May - July timeframe when artichokes are in-season in Turkey. Otherwise there is the risk that you're getting canned/ preserved artichokes which don't taste as fresh. 2. Yaprak Sarma (Domades) - This are always a solid choice, not the canned kind that you usually find in stores. 3. Fasulye (Green Beans) - Probably one of my favorite turkish dishes. // Meat Kebabs 1. All of them are good period. // Other 1. Lahmacun (turkish pizza with minced meat) - Yusuf makes the best Lahmacun I've had in Alacati hands down. 2. Ciftlik Kebabi - A bunch of delicious meat which have been roasted with vegetables. 3. Manti - Always home made and delicious. Get this topped with yogurt and butter. 4. Firin Makarna (Macaroni in the Oven) - Turkish style baked mac and cheese. Pure deliciousness. // Dessert 1. Kazandibi (bottom of kazan, no good english translation) - This is turkish caramelized milk pudding. I have no idea what Yusuf does to make this so delicious but this is the best kazandibi i've had period. 2. Asure (noah's pudding) - Also a solid choice here This is a dessert congee made with various fruits and nuts.

Got here around 1 on a Thursday afternoon and it was quite although it slightly picked up by the time I was done. Spacious and mostly indoor seating. Ordered a Spicy Kebab and a lamb shish kebab for take away. Started with the Lavas bread freshly made in the wood fire oven. So light, hollow ballon resemblance and hot, paired perfectly with the delicious Haydari (yogurt sauce.) The spicy kebab (the most popular for the Turkish as my server shared) was similar to one that I had in Bodrum. Perfectly grilled, tender beef and spiced just right-seasoned and not really spicy. The Lamb shish kebab was also very tender and just right grilled. Loved the rice that came with the order. Paired it all with an Efes-local Pilsner Beer-crisp, cold and tasty. Service was attentive and upbeat. Make the short walk to this spot for some authentic, local deliciousness!

Service was great and the oven baked flatbread was excellent.
