I was super excited to try a vegan place in the city, and it did not disappoint. Both times I got white rice and ratatouille. I don't often find places that season their food perfectly without needing to add your personal touch of a little this or a little that, but my meal was seasoned to perfection. I had to take my girlfriend the second time around, and she also loved it! The ordering process was quick, smooth, and painless, and the customer service was also on point. It's a fast food style restaurant where you order your food at the counter and you can dine in or take it to go. I did both. I loved the light and airy feel to the restaurant. Will be back!

Gorgeous restaurant. Menu is a mix of Czech, Asian, and American influences. Everything is…read morevegetarian, roughly half the dishes are vegan and labelled as such on the menu. I had the roasted BBQ ribs with roasted potatoes and coleslaw, a glass of the homemade sencha rose kombucha, and a piece of GF chocolate cake with raspberries. The food was great. The "ribs" didn't really look like ribs but had a meaty tenderness which was really good once I got used to it (I've had real ribs maybe once in my life and didn't enjoy it - this was way better). The kombucha was a little sweeter than I was expecting but tasted great - I could taste the sencha. It was a little expensive, but to be fair, the ribs were one of the more expensive dishes and were probably still less expensive than real ribs of the same quality. Friendly service. The waiters spoke English. The food took a reasonable amount of time to come out after I ordered. The kitchen closes from 4-5:30, and I showed up around 3:45 for a very early dinner, and I appreciated that they could accommodate me and cook my meal even thought it took them a few minutes past 4.

The udon noodles were so flavorful thanks to the sesame peanut sauce, and I appreciated how they were willing to sub tofu for tempeh. The poke bowl and halloumi burger were also great. I came for the vegetarian food but I was stunned by how gorgeous the restaurant is. The room that I…read morewas in had glowing tables, the ceiling painted to look like a starry sky with glowing stars, and a "window" playing a video view of the river. Other rooms had more of a forest theme. Evidently this is a popular place. I didn't make a reservation, but they told me I could have a table for 1h15 which was plenty of time since the service was timely. I had the grilled broccoli with Jerusalem artichoke puree for my entree and the "snickers" bar for dessert. The broccoli dish was simple but tasty and surprisingly filling for a plate of nothing besides cooked vegetables. The broccoli and carrot were cooked perfectly with crispy caramelized edges and the artichoke puree was delicious. I wouldn't really recommend this dish for anyone skeptical about vegetarian/vegan food, but it's great if you love vegetables, and there are other dishes on the menu that will appeal to those who want something more substantial. I initially didn't plan on dessert but was glad I decided to get something because the snickers bar was delightful. I also had a beetroot lemonade that I enjoyed. It's a little expensive, but I felt like I got what you paid for both in the quality of the food and overall experience.

Everything we ordered was delicious: * Tofuie Gras: smoked tofu paté with cranberry gel, served on toasted bread * Czech Traditional Svíčková: root vegetable sauce with Carlsbad dumplings, plant-based meat patty, lemon, and cranberry gel * Jackfruit Burrito: pulled jackfruit, smoked corn, chipotle rice, Cheddar, pickled cabbage, black beans, mango salsa, sour cream, and a side salad * Vegan Snickers: chocolate-caramel bar with raspberry sauce and peanuts I would consider becoming vegetarian if I can eat like this for every meal.

The daily lunch menus are especially afforable and have never been anything short of excellent. Be aware that the menu changes constantly based on what is in season and what they are feeling passionate about. Which is a plus in my eyes. The place is very small, with limited seating. The only thing is, it's a bit of a small restaurant so you either have to make a reservation or happen to show up at a time when there's a table available. I ordered the quesadillas and a Virgin Mojito made with green tea. The quesadillas were yummy! They came with a side of salsa that had the perfect (if not more) amount of kick, and some sour cream. In Europe, apparently quesadillas aren't finger food so I was trying to cut mine with the knife, and ended up struggling quite a bit. I think my knife wasn't sharp enough, but I didn't bother asking for a new one since I was already almost finished. So be wary of the blunt knives. The Virgin Mojito was very good! They used green tea instead of the rum, and my aunt said it still tasted like a regular Mojito because of the amount of lime and mint used. Plus, it came with a handy metal straw that wouldn't let all the mint and lime go up the straw when you took a sip. Perfect refreshing drink if you're not looking for something alcoholic!
