The trust that they build over the years made me to continue choosing them for my medical care . The renovated place is been always clean. The stuff is friendly efficient.. great nurses and practitioner nurses that they're there for you to assist you anything you need. Always polite and ready to work with your schedule and your needs.. you can leave a message when they're busy. They will always return your call. Doctors always wonderful super efficient, and always there to take their time with you explaining you the details on any medical issues that might occur. Dr Christoper Naraine was really amazing made me feel safe took his time to explain to me all the details about my my condition and what were the options for me for if I chose non surgical method, or the procedure . Never felt rushed or uncomfortable. If there were more than five stars, I would've given that to them.

I placed a phone call to Axia's Center for Breast Health two days ago - on 9/23/2026, during…read moreapproximately 1:30-2:30 pm. The woman who answered the phone was not Teresa. Teresa is always very kind and professional. I'd asked this person whom I was speaking with, and she stated her name quickly so that I could not quite hear it. I mentioned that I was having difficulty reconciling my reports and multiple discs given to me from this center so that I could transfer my records to another facility. Several weeks prior, the manager from Axia (who was very professional and lovely) called me and assured me that the center would transfer all of my records including all my images and reports, to the new facility. None of that occured. Back to the current conversation on 9/23/26 - I'd complained to this person that the discs that Axia had given to me, contained an incomplete date of birth for me, and my last name was misspelled; and, none of the discs were labeled with the particular diagnostic test. Proper labeling is a standard of care in all healthcare settings. The person on the phone talked over me during the entire conversation. She stated loudly: "You are responsible for your own information; not us." I tried to tell her that the facility released discs without appropriate labeling on the discs. How was I supposed to know what images (breast mammograms OR breast ultrasound, which breast, etc.) was on each of these discs? Moreover, the dates were incomplete - date of birth and dates of exams. There were years but no month and date. Again, she yelled over me: "YOU are responsible for YOUR OWN information." I am an APN (Advanced Practice Nurse) for 46 years. I work as an educator. Additionally, I co-owned and operated a dental practice for decades. I would never/ever have a person such as this speaking with patients and/or patient-facing in ANY clinical setting. She is unprofessional and potentially unsafe, since she is unwilling to listen to patients; and, she is very obviously misinformed and requires extensive re-education and retraining. Their patient portal (Healow) does not work well and I've found their staff oftentimes have difficulty using it. The two-factor authentication feature often does not work properly and there is little-to-no support for this portal. The original physician group of Brunswick Hills OBGYN, separated from Axia in May 2026. I was a patient of the original practice for 31 years. I found the original physician group is now practicing in New Brunswick on Plum Street. I'm so happy they separated from Axia. As an APN, I will not be referring patients to ANY Axia facility.

Never heard of having to pay for labor prior but they will not book any appointments if you do not…read morepay during your monthly visits. Double and triple check with billing on what you need done and if it's covered. If you ask for the codes of anything they say it's included in prenatal care yet you are stuff with bills of things you didn't know you got done and will get a fee. They blame the insurance but don't tell you you can decline. Doctors are nice for the 10 mins you see them. They will glance are your chart, review results and send you off. Not many ultra sounds are done throughout your term so keep that in mind. Extended hours make scheduling a bit easier but do not be late it you'll be waiting. Haven't delivered yet but I will update to give transparency.

STAY AWAY from this unprofessional office…read more I specifically scheduled an annual preventive checkup when I made the appointment. However, when I arrived, the extremely rude front desk demanded a $40 copay in cash only. After the visit, I contacted my insurance company and confirmed that a preventive annual checkup should not require a copay. When I called the office to request reimbursement, the front desk claimed my visit was coded as an "annual plus problem." I never scheduled a sick visit, never asked for treatment of any new problem, and was never informed during the appointment that any additional service would be billed. When I asked what "problem" they were referring to, they refused to explain. To make matters worse, after my March 25 annual checkup, they billed me again on March 26 for additional charges that I was never notified about and still do not understand. In the end, I paid more than $100 for what was clearly scheduled as a covered annual preventive visit. Very disappointing experience with rude staff, poor communication, lack of transparency, and questionable billing practices. I would not recommend this office.

Nobody called her to tell her they changed their insurance coverages and now my wife had to cancel and start all over to find a doctor which will take a few months to get a new patient appointment. This practice clearly has no concern about its patients' welfare. Go somewhere else. Beyond disappointing!

They tell you that you have to see a breast surgeon for the prescription. They won't provide one because the nurse told me that only a breast surgeon can determine what type of biopsy you need. I think they're trying to avoid liability issues in case they recommend the wrong biopsy, my guess, not a fact. Sloan Kettering and Penn Medicine said you can't see a breast surgeon until after you get your biopsy done, and both major cancer hospitals were surprised that this was Axia's policy. So, if you think you might have an issue, don't go here or you'll have to pay for an additional doctor visit somewhere else just to get a prescription.
