Apparantly you can't get store credit, but I was strictly told if I didn't shop right than moment for that returned amount of money, then I'd loose value of that amount if I came back later on. I quickly purchased two pjs and they charged $20 for each while online was $16 and change. so they evened it out with the returned amount I had, while they took the change . I ended up calling customer service and they gave me back the money, the customer service said the store should give store credit for returned item even without receipt. So heads up for buyers, everything crammed into tiny store with poor made up policies. I will be reaching out to Better Business Bureau because I constantly shop at this store and nobody deserves to be treated like this .

This store gives DSG somewhat of an Outlet store vibe, which gives the DSG store extra floorspace to sell in season and newer items...moves majority of their discounted or discontinued merchandise to this GGG store. Greeted by friendly staff as I walked in. The store was clean and nicely stocked with plenty of previous seasonal items with big discounts which is a great value. No fancy advertisements, decor, or mannequin...just basic signs for each department/gender. There are a good variety of items to select from clothing, footwear, and limited sports equipment. So, if the main DSG store doesn't have it...check the GGG store and you may fine some good discounts.

She had to use my large pair because she doesn't have any!!! OMG! She knew that this Ross just opened up in the "outer mall". There are buildings like annexes... They are open-air shopping opportunities. It looked like a regular Ross to me - furniture, personal care items, pet supplies, clothing for men/women/children, accessories, luggage, jewelry, household goods, footwear, and more! Everything is at a discounted price - I really appreciate this! We didn't find any Clark's brand on this trip, but she did get a pair of Crocs flip flops... they have arch support and are washable!
