Place is small-ish. And clean. Some white stains were seen on the cover they put on me but could still be caused by bleach. The lady who attended to me was very cautious and very gentle. Mid way she went to get a more experienced stylist to assist in the cutting of the hair. I appreciate that she did that but I felt that it would have been even better if she would have told me from the start. I'm happy to be used for training- but it would have been nice to be told at the start. The correct policy I feel would be for a more senior person to start the conversation and let the junior stylist take over to practice. Overall, it did take longer than necessary for a haircut. It came out cute and I was satisfied.

They quoted me $180 for a cut and color then said nothing about number of bowls being used as a warning for price. Then at checkout charged me over $300. I've gotten colors other places and they never stay more than a couple washes before looking terrible. The products Norhe uses actually stay gorgeous for months and even after that the natural fading looks intentional. My son LOVES getting his hair done by Khalani and he gets countless compliments on his awesome hair. No salon has ever been able to get my coloring just right since I pull warm and always end up looking too red or orange. But Khalani nailed my perfect shade in just one application! The whole staff is warm and welcoming and is not your stuffy overpriced place.

The track placement were so bad that she placed a track from the top of my head down to my left ear. I have never in my life gotten such a horrible sewin. I was surprised by how bad it was. she cuts the wefts.she also went through the wefts with the needle. waste of $80. when I got to this store I asked her if she was comfortable doing a sewin and she told me yes but the way she did my my sewin it was like she never did one in her life. she may be good at putting in braids but she is horrible at doing sewins/weave. she also did not secure the braids before adding the extensions in. also two pieces of loose thread were in my hair that weren't connected to anything. i told her i only wanted leave out at the top of my head and she left out 3inches of hair. so if you get your hair done by her only get braids do not get extensions put in by her
