The types of blooms they have and the masterpieces they have crafted for birthdays, showers, retirements and "just because" have exceeded my expectations. Note: If you're trying to get blooms around special holidays like vday, moms day etc I highly recommend following their instagram and seeing when they post for orders. I had specifically ordered from Diosa because of how beautiful and whimsical the floral designs were on their Instagram and their website. I had even paid the extra delivery fee to get this delivered outside their service area because I was happy to support this small business! But what I got was a sad average looking floral arrangement that I could have gotten from a grocery store (see picture). This is certainly not the value of a $135 arrangement that is depicted on their website. Additionally, their website says that they include a hand written card. I wasn't expecting an actual big folded card with envelope, but at the very least I expected it on a blank notecard?I certainly wasn't not expecting the note to be on their business flyer which I find to be a little tactless, considering how I emphasized that these were exciting congratulatory flowers being sent to a professional office when placing my order with them over phone. I even asked if the medium was a good size to send since the large vase arrangement looked really huge on the website. And they assured me that the arrangement would be about 1.5/2 feet tall. As you can see from my photo this was not even 1 foot tall. I would have gladly paid for the large vase arrangement if it meant a more impressive floral arrangement. But sadly I don't think I would have gotten anything better if I ordered the large vase arrangement. I understand that flowers are seasonal and I wasn't going to get exactly what they have on their website. But the arrangement I received isn't even in the same realm of the arrangements on their site and Instagram. I will say their customer service was good and they were able to deliver. But I definitely won't be ordering from here again. Total bummer since I was really hoping to support them again in the future.

You can either tell him what color palette you're going for, pick out the flowers yourself, or give a price range for him to arrange a set for you. Very quick in and out! They accept Apple Pay. The only small nit is that I wish this shop had materials to decorate the bouquet up a bit more to make the packaging more presentable. They do add a colored ribbon of your choice, but it's just a simple, thin ribbon wrapped around the brown paper. Not a huge deal, the bouquet will eventually go into a vase anyway.

Do not give this person your business. If this person harasses you please call non emergency SFPD (415) 553-0123 and report it. We should not be uncomfortable walking in our own neighborhood. I LOVE flowers. I have fresh flowers in 6 vases in my home at all times. And I love to support small/local businesses. However, I live on this street, the second time I walked by, I came to specifically buy flowers from him. I had my dog with me, and before I could even start looking at flowers he rudely screamed at me about my dog. I was so shocked, I ended up just continuing to walk, and opting to never purchase here because I just couldn't believe him. Now, my boyfriend is scared to even walk in this direction because of how many times we have been harassed by him. read more

ONE MORE VOTE for Guy's Flowers. The folks who complain about him complain about his dislike of dogs. Well, he's been attacked twice by dogs, so I can understand his reluctance. And someone complained about his not being open "on time" or closing early. Hell, he's running a tiny business with no staff. He doesn't have staff to open for him. WHAT'S WITH PEOPLE? Don't you folks have any support for people who are doing good things but aren't running a chain store? Guy has ALWAYS been friendly to me, but then I am not walking with a dangerous dog or complaining about his hours. I've bought flowers from him many times. He knows his flowers. I had bought flowers from this person several times and the next day they were all dead! Not once but several times. I have seen him picking off the dead petals of his flowers and then presenting them as beautiful fresh flowers. What a fake. Further he verbally assaults anyone who walks their dogs on the "public" sidewalk where he stakes his claim, he becomes a vicious, nasty, fowl mouthed tyrant. Frankly he is nothing more than a neighborhood gossip pedaling dead flowers and holding court to whoever sits by him on this corner thrown. Does he even have a license to sell flowers? read more

Very rude to people walking with dog. I must say he someone in the bldg allow him to use thirr sidewalk for his business however, he is demanding that we the resident should walk our dog somewhere else. We bought our house with lots of money and he is not paying rent and is very rude to us. What is wrong with this picture? Does he even have a license to do business issued by CA State of Equalization and a Federal Tax ID from IRS? Does he even pay taxes on his income? I suggest that he should start packing up and move out from our neihborhood. read more

He has a volatile temper. Sometimes he says "hello", sometimes he ignores you but the worst part is that he goes off on dog owners for no apparent reason. I'm always mindful not to let my dog pee where he works, but apparently that's not enough. He doesn't want them to walk on the side walk either. He treats the area like his personal property. He goes off on dog owners if their dogs dare to smell the ground near him! That's absurd. He'll pick a fight and yell at people like a complete maniac. The guy is completely mental! read more

I was standing on the sidewalk on the public street outside his store just now, adjusting some items in my backpack to lighten my load as I kept walking. He told me to move so he could clean up that area. A public sidewalk. Asking might have gone over better, but ordering me to get out of his way on a public sidewalk is bullying behavior. I have personally experienced abuse from this guy directed at me and my dog. He absolutely hates dogs and cannot control his contempt for them or their owners. He has directly accused me and my partner of being racists for objecting to his behavior. He is a curmudgeon and best avoided. read more

They bring fresh flowers on Tuesdays and Fridays, and even if they are out of flowers at the moment they have a back up to get the flowers you want quickly. The store is located by the Walgreens and the entrance to the hospital parking lot. I would definitely recommend this area as it is reasonably priced for their product and is located at a convenient place right before visiting the hospital.
