Awful experience every time I come in!!…read more I'd never used a tanning bed before this, and this center's business practices feel slimy. On my first visit, the manager sold me products I didn't actually need -- I was nervous and didn't know better, so I went along with it. When I tried to return them and get the product I actually needed, the manager was never in. By the time I finally caught her, it was too late to return anything. I also was never told I could be using a Level 5 bed when I signed up -- I'd been put in a Level 4 the whole time, even though there's almost a $40 price difference between the two. Once I found out, I asked to downgrade my membership for the following month. But now this month, I can't use the Level 5 bed at all. So I paid $104 for July and can't even use what I'm paying for. On top of that, almost everyone on staff has been unhelpful and unpleasant. The one exception is Grace, who's been genuinely kind and helpful every time. My advice: do your research before signing up here, or just go somewhere else.

Located at the back of a retail space that occupies a couple tenants (I believe the entire location was once a large restaurant that was subdivided into smaller retail spots when the restaurant closed years back), when you walk in off of Main Street, just head to the back...past the bar and bathrooms....you will find it at the back on your right. Good lighting, earth tones, and dark wood floors, the salon itself is well decorated. Clean lines, not kitchy like often small town salons can feel. The salon itself is also very clean and organized. The ladies that were working at this salon on the day I was there (Lindsay, Rita and Trish if my memory serves me correctly) could not have been more welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Warm and welcoming, but with a classy air of discretion when speaking with you. Lindsay was the nail person addressing my friends nails with a mani and a pedi. Lindsay took the utmost of care with my friends fragile feet and made her feel welcome and comfortable. I say this as a witness, not as a customer.
