Staff wore masks, took temperatures, and made sure we were the only ones in the salon during our appointment slot. I loved my bridal hair and makeup. WTH why didn't the two girls cutting his hair not even see this as a messed up hair do. When I went back in with him I told the lady about it she said she didn't do it but would fix it and seen the problem when I pointed it out to her, she did fix it sorta still is very uneven but why these other two ladies that cut his hair let him walk out like that I will never understand, maybe they needed glasses and if so they should of had them on, or went back to beauty school. Will never be back here again. This is his second time here, first time it was just an ok hair cut but this is was the worst I've ever seen anyone cut hair. We will be going back to the Yorkville location as they are far more experienced. Well I see they responded to my review. Sorry if the truth hurts but that's what happened on Sunday afternoon. I do not want a coupon as I had said in the review the first haircut he had was just ok but the one they gave my son on Sunday was totally unacceptable. Two women to do his hair and they still let him walk out like that. When I brought him back in only 3 minutes after he walked out those two women had disappeared to the back as I was walking in with him. Then another lady walked up I told her exactly straight out what was wrong and why would they ever think this was a good hair cut and showed her she then agreed to fix it said she wasn't the one who worked on his hair. They were not busy, one dude was in a chair getting a haircut. So no coupon is going to bring him back sorry, not to this location, and sure the hell not to get another bad bad hair cut. Now in Yorkville he's been there over a dozen times never once did they mess his hair up. That's where we will be going from now on, it's only a 4 mile difference than the one in Peru from Marseilles and well worth the drive.

My friend was in there recently and had the worse experience he ever had during a haircut. He went…read morein and the manager was super rude to him and the managers name started with an A he said he couldn't remember the whole name but knew it was an A was super rude and he said she should not even me a manager and was wondering how she could have been a manger at all. She was making comments that made him feel awful about himself and also talking rude to the other workers which made him feel uncomfortable sitting in the chair. He told me he told her to be a little more nice to the workers around her being a manger because people won't want to work under her if she keeps it up because he told me she was younger and he was trying to help her out but she said she doesn't care because she is the manager and they will listen to her and if they want to leave they can. He didn't want to say anything but we can't have the younger people acting like this in work environments. So I just had to say something because I just hope the owners get this and fix the problem
