One stylist was doing her hair while another stood there the entire time and talked to her. I was in the waiting room and couldn't hear what was being said. After we left, my daughter (11 yrs. old) told me that the ladies were using a lot of profanity while they were talking. REALLY??? I should have learned my lesson, but I guess not. So, today I called around 11:45 to inquire about an appointment for my daugher. I was told that they stopped taking walk-ins at 1:30. I asked (for clarification) if they stopped taking appts. or did they CLOSE at 1:30. She reiterated that they took walk-ins until 1:30. I arrived at 12:40 and was told that they were no longer taking clients. (I had taken my daughter's hair down in anticipation of her getting it done). I told her that I was told that she would be able to be serviced. The instructor, lead stylist, manager, whoever she was said that they had a waiting room full of people, and that they would not be able to do it. I told her that the person on the phone DID NOT state that they only took walk-ins until there were too many, etc. etc. This place is soooooo unprofessional, and I should have gone with my first mind and not gone back, but they DEFINITELY will NEVER get my business again!
